You are buying the vase/holder featured in the accompanying photographs. Each wood turning is unique in its own way, signed and dated on the bottom.
This vase was hand turned by me out of a very old aromatic cedar tree log I found laying on the forest floor near my house in Georgia. You are sure to enjoy this vase for years to come! It will not hold water. It can be used for dry arrangements, a holder or simply for decoration all alone. It is a beautiful piece with some of the natural original surfaces left on the finished piece. This vase has a lot of character!
My vases/holders are hand turned on my 50 plus year old wood lathe from down cedar trees laying on the forest floor for years near my shop.
I can't guarantee natures work. I can only assure you that when I am working on the wood lathe all the skill and ability I have will go into what nature has provided me. My craftsmanship is in every piece I turn.
